Jean-Paul has extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions, including resource and infrastructure financing, corporate financing, acquisition and asset financing and property finance.

Jean-Paul practices across a range of industries including resources, mining services, property, resorts and leisure, infrastructure, oil and gas and private equity. He acts for lenders, borrowers and sponsors across the Democratic Republic of Congo, and also has a large experience in cross-border and project finances transactions governed by both Congolese and OHADA law.
